Rocky Shore Zones

Splash Zone only get water from rain or from the waves of the sea. High Zones they are like splash zones they get lots of water from the big waves. Mid Zone gets uncovered twice a day when there is high tide. Low Zone is a under water zone so when the creatures need water they are near the low zone.

A day in the life of a crayfish

Start writing here: Once upon a time there lived a crayfish. When ever the tide is in he just sits in his home and wait for the tide to go out. When the tide is out that the only time he will come out of his house see if there are any crabs laying around on the shoreline. But when can’t see properly he wil go in closer but he has to look out for octopuses. If there are no crabs he will go and hide behind rocks and wait until he sees a crab as soon as he sees a crab he will jump out with his big claws and kill it. When kills the crab he will carry it home and lay it on floor and eat it all to himself. When the crab is finished he will stand up and go outside for some fresh breeze.

The Mysterious Door

The Mysterious Door


On a quiet day, you can sometimes hear them. Every now and then, there’s be a tapping or a scraping or a rustling from behind the door. Occasionally (if you’re patient enough to sit for the whole day and watch), movement can be glimpsed through the dark windows. Once, just once, the faint sound of whispering in hushed tones was heard.


The boy had spent his entire summer holidays wishing for something to emerge from the mysterious door. He had spent yet another sunny morning hiding in the tall grass at the bottom of his garden just staring at the door, hoping to catch a glimpse of something or someone extraordinary.


The moment he had been waiting for had finally arrived…The door began to slowly creak open but when the door was creaking open instead of something being behind the door there was nothing behind the door. So the boy began to think how could the door have opened when there was absolutely nothing behind that creaking door. So the next day he decided to go and put a booby trap behind the door. So the day went to night and the boy was staring at the door and as he was staring he fell asleep and when it came to morning he had woken up happy because he had caught the big humongous monster.

Term 1 Animation - Better Together

Hi my name is John and this is my movie about being better together. My animation is all about putting books away putting rubbish in the bin and putting up chairs. My first animation is about a boy and a girl. When they walked into their class all the books were laying around on the floor then they decided that they should do the right thing and pick up the books so they did. On my second animation it is all about picking up rubbish.When a boy was gone for a walk he saw rubbish on the grass so he decided that he should pick up the rubbish and chuck it in the right bin. On my third animation it was about two friends. After school that day they saw all the kids leaving with no chairs put up so then they thought that they should just waste their time and put the chairs up so they did.

Once there lived a little blue riding hood. Well she was strolling through the city she bumped into a tiger.When she bumped into the tiger the tiger got furios and he picked her up and tried to eat her up.









Well he was trying to eat her up little blue riding hood took of her shoe and smacked the tiger.When the little blue riding hood got loose of his hands she quickly stood up and ran as fast as possible to somewhere far where the tiger will never capture her.
When the girl met up with another animal bull then the girl asked for  some help. But the girl girl never knew that the bull was pretending. So when they arrived to the wolf the bull said to the girl you know I was joking the hole time so then the girl ran as fast as possible to get safety so then she saw a house when she got to the house she saw a knife so then she picked it up.When the bull and the wolf got to the location they were looking for well they were looking for her she sneaked up behind them and the second they turned around they saw her holding up the knife then she chased them away.

John playground recount


On a cloudy Thursday the whole of room 8 went down to the playground in two straight lines. When we got to the park we had to sit down and we had to listen for the instructions.So we had to climb the monkey bars then go up the ladder cross the bridge go down the ladder take the next monkey bars run on the bark go on the bark again climb up the next ladder go down the ladder then run to the finish line. After that we got back into two straight and walked back to class.When we got back to class we had to write about it.

About Me


Talofa Lava my name is John and I come from the beautiful island of samoa.
I am a year six at pt england and my teachers are Miss Parrant /Miss Tuia And /Mr Goodwin.
I enjoy playing rugby.My favourite thing is being with my niece and my nephew.
On the weekends we stay indoor because it too hot to be outside.
And I also like being with my friend at school.
